You need to make a quick and convenient Telegram Bot on NodeJS using the [login to view URL] lib. Basic requirements: database (advise which one is the best), user registration, chat interaction, link parsing. When the bot starts, it writes the user to the database, then the user needs to go through an application for joining the support team, or you can create a ticket with a question. After filling out the application, the bot sends it to the support chat and support chooses to accept or reject the application. Next, you need to create tickets, when creating a ticket, the problem is asked and then a description, all values are entered into the database and sent to the support chat. Through the same chat, support answers questions and answers are sent to the user through the bot.
