Be fast! Micorosft Outlook and Cpanel emails not syncing - Teamviewer remote support

Urgent - we need someone with BOTH cpanel troubleshooting experience AND Outlook troubleshooting experience to fix problem immediately. *Do NOT apply if your English is not clear please* *Do NOT apply if you can't begin working on this immediately* Client is running Outlook 2010 Outlook indicates they are downloading 400+ emails but all email are already downloaded and there aren't 426 on the server Process times out. client is getting false blank email headers They have had tech look at problem, they couldn't stay but before they left they suggested creating a second (new) P ST file as the existing one is LARGE and that this should take care of the problem. they said 15 minutes so this should be a quick fix. client is getting false blank email headers We need someone to start straight away please - you MUST be familiar with using Teamviewer.
