c# .net small app

hello i have a small project to do and i need someone to help me. we will use visual studio 2012, and sql express 2012. i need the person who will work with me to instruct me how to install the sql express 2012 and i want him to create some tables for me. i will provide him the sql code and i want him to copy/paste the code for the table creation and also check if everything is ok. after that, i will insert some data into the db and the person will create one form within which a simple grapch will be displayed. after that i will only make questions to you. i need someone that will help me create a small app, and who will reply to me questions as this is the first time i do something like this, so iwill need some guideance. we will be in touch through skype and emails. appart from the above i will approx need you max for 10-15 hrs. bids around 70usd are seriously considered. i need to start this project now immediatelly
