The first thing to do is to create a dummy PHP/MySQL script that tries to connect to your database and see what errors/exceptions are thrown at run time. Hello, It's probably a MySQL error. Probably mysql server did not start when you've restarted the server. Can you please tell me which distribution of linux do you use? You can try in terminal sudo service mysql start if it's ubuntu or debian and check the error log for more information. Best Regards, Constantin Plaiasu

I have an experience as a System Administrator, and for 4 years I been a system administrator for webhosting company. They use MySQL,SQLServer, Oracle, SQLite as database backend, and our internal company server use MySQL server. 3 days is the max, I will inform you ASAP once it solved, and comes with the issue.
