iphone ios sms / mms / gps tracking

I want an application that can track iphone / ios based devices - sms / mms / gps location. Basic details: 1) iphone ios 6/7/8 2) iphone / ipod touch / ipad 3) multiple users: One user login (eg uid / pwd combination) can have multiple phone numbers / iphones / ipod touches / ipads. Signup tracks name address, phone number, email, zip code, country. 4) backend holds encrypted password (salted / hashed -- I will provide guidance on this) 5) User experience: tracks text messages (all information eg time, date, text message, to, from), tracks MMS, tracks urls, track gps location of phone at a set period of time (eg 20 mins, 30 mins, set in user area once logged in) 6) User experience (viewing): user must be able to easily view and search and filter for text messages that are tracked via a website. Should be able to sort via phone number of the other user, tracks name and phone number of other user (so presents both) 7) Backend admin: User administration function, password reset, track date signed up, + other standard admin things. Must login via https. 8) Customer support via workflow that customer is logged in, and submits ticket. 9) must not have to jailbreak phone Code: All code must be extremely well documented. Programmer must submit document explaining what each portions of the code does.
