Write an iPhone application

I want to create a very simplistic college dating app where someone doesn't have to register via Facebook as the only option. They do a manual registration or connect their Facebook. Too many students spend most of their time balancing work and going to class that not all get to go out and have social encounters. This app will allow the student to register and it will ask them what college they attend and it will send them to that pool of students from that college. It will show a cover picture that the user want to show first and the person will able to like them or dislike them.
