Develop a "my account" app for customer of an internet provider to use to access tools.

We are a small internet provider and we are looking to have an app created that gives customers access to various tools. Some of the links/tools that would be included are: - Pay my bill: connects to our accounting program through an API. - Manage Parental Controls: connects to a third-party app. I am not sure if this has to be a "hyperlink" of some sort that causes the other app to open up or if there is a way to imbed one app inside another. - Run a speed test: this would be conducted through the router in the home and run a speed test through our own speed test server -Manage my VoIP account: this too would connect to a third-party app, similar to the parental controls. -Access my email: also a third-party email platform -Chat: connect to tech support or billing department -Troubleshooting: provides some basic troubleshooting guides before someone needs to call in for help. -And we are open to any other functionality that someone may be able to recommend. Some of these might be setting device priority on the network, running a Wi-Fi test from the device to test signal strength from different areas of the home, etc. We have API access to some platforms and firmware access to our routers if that functionality is necessary. We would ultimately need this app to work on both iOS and Android.
