I want to hire freelance who can make application mobile hand write pdf file and can save to database Use MySQL database Save file to server And save file url to database(MySQL) I mean user can use both text by typing and write by free hand (like Apple Pencil) to pdf file In my school I have web application like e office. The secretary have to write on paper and save to Pdf file and save to database. and then the principal open pdf file to write the command on it (PDF file) again and then save it I just want one process for the principal can write by free hand or apple pencil to pdf file and save it like good note application and save to MySQL database.
