Add functions in Android App

Hi, I would like to know in which language the server side programming is done. I can do all of these if the server side is done in PHP and MySQL. Even if it is done in C# .Net, then as well. Will add Profile, would need the server end as well. Will add Avatar, would need the server end as well. Will add notice board, again would need the server end as well. Will edit and enhance the user experience as I have a designer as well. I am experienced android developer and if you would have noticed I am silver certified as well here which is done by rare top class programmers.
