365|Health & Fitness is a Managed Care Organization, the only registered Government Vendor that provides comprehensive preventative healthcare programs. Specifically, we enable providers of Specialty Health Counseling (i.e. Behavioral Analysis, Nutrition/Nutrition Education, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Neuro-muscular Facilitation, Cardio-respiratory Development, and Functional Integrated Training). Due to the changes provided per the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA), specifically obesity being classified as a clinical disease, anyone providing any component of preventative health services, which include but are not limited to physical fitness training, nutrition counselling, weight management and wellness counseling (including the above listed), must do so using a comprehensive program that is compliant to the PPACA. 365|Health and Fitness provides the credentialing, licensing, curriculum, and platform through the Lifestyles Solutions Program that is compliant with PPACA regulations for preventive wellness and general healthcare. This is a license to be sold to any healthcare provider (including but not limited to Personal Trainers, Physical Therapists, Nutritionists, Nurses, and Physicians) that wants to stay compliant with the current legislation. Our fee charged is $1950 License Fee + $550 Application/Credentialing Fee ($2500 total) for the license. We give 10% commissions on the Licensing Fee ($195).
