CafeMom Index Logo Design

Overview: We would like to create a logo for our recent study on moms titled the “CafeMom Index” that will both help establish the CafeMom Index as a brand, and be something we can use on a variety of materials, including print materials, collateral (mugs, t-shirts, etc), and digital presentations. Please include a mock-up when you submit your bid. Outputs: •Following assets delivered as vector psd files o Text logo – 1 line “CafeMom Index” o Visual logo – stacked writing “CafeMom Index”, potential visual element included o Visual illustrations representing: -Kids & Family -Relationships / Friendships -Health -Money / Household Finances -World Outlook -Self Creative Direction: •Style Guide: o Logo should integrate in CafeMom logo o Try to stay somewhat consistent with look and feel of [login to view URL] (doesn’t need to be the same, but needs to be somewhat consistent with existing CafeMom brand as a friendly place where moms can come for conversation, advice, friendship, and entertainment o You can use different colors from those on [login to view URL], but they should be able to mesh with existing CafeMom color palette o Fonts should be easily legible o Illustrations should be pretty abstract representations of concepts (no photos or detailed drawings) •“CafeMom Index” Brand: o We’d like this logo to help establish the brand of the “CafeMom Index.” We’d like this brand to convey: - CafeMom understands moms. We know what’s on their minds. - The CafeMom Index is a very scientific and credible study that provides interesting insights. We may want to visually convey some instrument of measurement in the logo - We understand how moms handle and feel about various elements of their life, including Kids & Family, Relationships / Friendships, Health, Money / Household Finances, World Outlook, Self o If we can convey those concepts visually, that’s great, but we also want to be careful about defining the brand too narrowly – we want to have a logo we can use for future versions of the insights study
