Linux Redhat Script for moving files

Develop a script for moving groups of files with same name (diferent extensions) from one folder to another. The script have to wait for the group of files to have the size stable for a especific time. After the group of files stabilize, the script have to move the files in a especific priority. The group of files will have up to 5 files. The script must contain the following parameters to set: Origination Path: Destination Path: Waiting Time (s): Extensions: Example: Origination Path: /arq/donald/ (files [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) Destination Path: /arq/trump/ Waiting Time (s): 10 Extensions: mp3, mp4, mpeg, avi, wav. With the parameters above the scritp must: For each file in /arq/donald/ monitor if the sum of sizes of [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] do not change for 10 seconds. When this condition is true, move the files to /arq/trump/ in the sequence [login to view URL] then [login to view URL] and then a.wav.
