Multi ARFCN - xlating filter / gnuradio,

Main idea is to use several devices such as BladeRF to cover all UPLINK / DOWN LINK, channels, and to make dump of traffic for 2g networks. Idea is to record all paging requests, at area, and cover CCCH chanel in GSM.
