I need an attorney at Law who practice in California

I have a compensation settlement agreement with Visa International. I have already complied and provided the 3documents required in the compensation settlement agreement but Visa International did not honor their compensation agreement to remit the settlement to my account. I have claimed usd800,000 of my own deposit into Visa prepaid card and Visa had agreed to compensated me with Usd700,000 for a faulty prepaid card with glitches. In addition I have paid usd10,000 for the Visa insurance premium, usd1,500 for the prepaid Visa card registration and usd4,800 for the inter switch fixed fee.
