Experienced telemarketer for few years. What I do is call prospects, introduce the services, find out if the services are helpful in their business and then set the appointment if they are interested. Relevant Skills and Experience Mostly I used Excel to manage the database. I'm also familiar of Salesforce from my previous projects. I used Skype, Xlite, and other software as well in making calls.
