Redirect a Value of the 'Add to Bag' button to Joomla Website Page

(In Joomla) I need to replace on the fly the value of the external Ecwid shopping cart button (behind 'Add to Bag' value) with a link to another page of the same website. As soon as the shopping cart with a product is loaded and 'Add to Bag' button appears, I need to replace the value of the 'Add to Bag' button with another link, so after clicking the button the user should be redirected to another page. Basically, the form behind of the 'Add to Bag' should redirect to another location instead of going to traditional shopping cart. The shopping cart is in iframe (I think), therefore I'm not able to use traditional Joomla Rereplacer component. You need to create a Joomla component or plugin that should be able to deal with the replacement task. It should be quite straight forward task for a Joomla programmer.
