EXTJS Layout Customizations

This project involves customizing a very basic EXTJS layout. The existing layout code can be found at [login to view URL] The attached screenshot mockup shows the items that need to be added to the existing layout as described below; 1. Header Login text field. Should have hover text and pop an alert window when clicked. 2. Header Options menu button. If possible this should use the font-awesome glyph 'fa-caret-square-o-down' and should show a menu when clicked. 3. Header Refresh button. If possible use the font-awesome glyph 'fa-refresh' and pop an alert window when clicked. 4. Status bar text fields. The status bar needs three separate text fields. Text field 1 & 3 are left & right justified respectively with fixed widths. Text field 2 should be centre justified and use the remaining width. Each text field should have hover text and pop an alert when clicked. Notes: The existing title header has been implemented in the header of the north panel. This may not be the best way to do it so use whatever makes sense to achieve the layout. Same with the footer. There is an existing button in the bbar of the footer which shows a button frame when hovered which is not desired so again, implement it however you need to. This should be a simple project for someone who is experienced with EXTJS. If any of the requirements are not possible or more easily achieved with an alternative then I am open to suggestions.
