A web UI to configure an Android App's announcements configuration

In another task (https://www.freelancer.com/projects/android/android-tablet-app-development-train), I asked a Freelancer to build a tablet app that would be used by train replacement buses to make announcements to passengers automatically. The developer of that application has just about finished that task. Unlike trains that run pretty much set routes, maintenance on train lines often occur on specific sections of a line and so buses only need to replace part of the line. What I want for the next version, is to be able to "piece together" a replacement run, using a combination of base message and station names. Here is the state's train line map: [login to view URL] Attached to this task is a VLC playlist for what would be played, prior to departure for a Watergardens (Sunbury Line) service. As you can see, it is many individual files stitched together. I am looking to have a web portal built that would: - Allow me to select which line I was creating a run for - Only show me the possible stations for that line (Glen Waverley station is not a possible station for the Upfield line) - Configure the start and end stations - Drag and drop the stations in order - Configure both UP and DOWN configurations. UP = heading towards the station. DOWN = travelling away from the city. - Give the configured route a name - Enable/Disable the route - Delete the route - Create a combination of Express, Limited express and Stopping All Station routes. - Insert the relevant station & other message voice prompts (see the image attachment) - Be based on click and drag You will need to configure an API for the mobile app developer to use so that the mobile (tablet) applications can poll & read. You will need to work with the mobile application developer to reach an understanding about the standard. This application to be built using .net/MVC Verify you've read this requirements by putting the current month in the first line of your bid. Bids that are absent of this information will be ignored. Delivery required within 14 days (unless the app developer is the cause of delays). Penalties (10%/day) occur from day 15 onwards.
