I have read the complete specifications. I have coded the Java program to get the output from the API (URL) specified in the example. Next I have to extract the fields as per your specifications and create two output files and make entry in one of the files depending upon if the item was found in stock or not. Then the command line has to be scheduled to run in the window. You also want to edit a configuration file that becomes input to the Java program to get input parameters.
