Write a program that can perform the Caesar cipher for English messages that include both upper and lowercase characters. The program must accept a string typed by the user to be encrypted and decrypted. The file must be called [login to view URL] (capitalized) and have a CaesarCipher class in it. The program must be written in the most basic way, no advanced programming or shortcuts and it must have fully detailed comments for all code.
