We need a program that has one screen and a on/off button. When the button state is "ON" the application will lock the keyboard meaning that a user will not be able to input anything. The only control that the user will have when the application is set to "ON" is to select the on/off button and change states. Also while the button is set to "ON" the application will also silence the ringer and block incoming phone calls unless the phone number is on a list. This list will be populated from a web service. The application must be able to connect to this web service on all carriers. Lastly the application must also have the ability to send and receive commands from the web service.
