iPad App with using camera

Hi, As I can see in video, there are several modes for images/video to appear and 'AI alert' that signals when some person has a fever. Output image is also calibrated to a min/max range (e.g. 32-40). As I can find on AppStore, there is app PDCam Viewer which is probably one that camera provider gives users for download. I think I can build app for that purpose, but I did not find notice on camera provider site that it supports FLIR SDK. If it does, building app should not be a problem. If I need to purchase camera (like $200 itself) that could affect my bid and time to delivery product since such an app cannot be built without physical device. Best, Vedran
