Build iPhone App to prompt for entry of 1 to 30 alphanumeric characters & send them via Bluetooth to a connected device

That's it!. I need the App to test a program I am writing for a box that will receive a command via BT from an iPhone. I can't find one that would do that simple task in the Apple App store. But it has to be done quickly and be very simple: -Touch App icon and it opens up -Check what devices are connected to BT, if none, prompt user to go to settings and connect to desired device -Show connected device and ask user to confirm -Prompt user to enter 2-30 characters (restrict non-alpha characters, and prevent from entering more than 30 or less than 2) -Show a button to SEND -On detecting press of SEND, send characters via BT to device -Show when done and if successful It has to be verifiable to work by giving me instructions on how I can test it with something else (a Mac, a PC, another iPhone, etc.), since the box program is not yet developed (that is the point, to use this to test and develop the box program).
