Develop POS system for Coffee Shop using iPad

I need to establish a POS system for a coffee shop in Fujian, China. I planned on using the POS systems offered by "Square Register" ( [login to view URL] ) or "Breadcrumb" ( [login to view URL] ) but the problem is that these services are only offered in the US and english only. So I would like to know about designing an application for Ipad that supports both languages (chinese / english) or someone that I can consult with that know a system that offers multi-language or maybe a system that can be tweaked. The coffee shop has about 20-30 products, and we will have a cash register connected to an ipad, printer, and bar code reader, and it needs to be chinese/english. Let me know anybody interested.
