Setup for Go High Level Sub Account

Project Objective: Set up a GHL sub account for Our Brand to consolidate all marketing, sales and customer service activities including SEM/SEO, Google My Business, social media, email, and SMS. The goal is to have a single database to efficiently manage all outgoing campaigns and incoming leads, progress leads through appropriate pipelines automatically, and deliver high quality leads to staff for conversion while providing excellent customer experience. We have an agency account but limited snapshots. Happy to build of a snapshot you have if it saves time. We have broken this project into 3 stages (roughly) and want to find a partner we can work with long term, not just on this project but many others company wide.
