Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in ORM strategies and online review management. • In-depth knowledge of Google My Business, Trustpilot, and other relevant review platforms. • Excellent writing and communication skills to craft compelling review requests. • Ability to navigate platform guidelines to ensure review compliance. • Strong analytical skills to monitor online reputation and identify trends. • Experience with reputation monitoring tools (a plus).
