We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele. Responsibilities • Prospecting for motivated sellers/and or investors of residential/commerical real estate properties • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clientele to build strong referral base. • Initiate, build, and nurture relationships to generate fresh opportunities • Monitor all lead activity in CRM • Researching and reaching out to individuals • Speaking clearly and effectively on the phone • Set appointments with owners • Delivering appropriate sales presentations • Effectively overcoming sales objections • Entering data into appropriate software • Email correspondence • Following up with leads on a regular basis using time management skills to insure timely follow up and accurate information. • Commission on close transactions

Dear Hiring Manager , My name is Sohaib. I have 4 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation for Real Estate in different regions of US. I have also worked as an acquisition manager for 6 months. I also know how to operate multiple calling dialers like Mojo Dialer, IQ Dial , REI, X-lite , Sugar Crm , Podio , Salesgenie , Hubspot , Zillow , Xencall, voiptime etc. My last job was to call potential leads and ask them if they are willing to sell their property or not. If the person was interested in selling their property I would ask their house condition and also if they have done any major upgrades in their property.
