Need a virtual assistant for Facebook and craigslist

Hello my name is robert. My job is I selling used/cracked/damaged phones (mostly iPhones) on eBay and i buy the phones via craigslist and Facebook. Where i need assistants is for 2 reasons. CRAIGLIST -I need lead generating posts to put on craigslist and i need my VA to check at least twice a day to make sure the post is up running and to renew the post to make sure it stays at the top. FACEBOOK -I buy my phones from these 4 local Facebook groups in my area. Where i need my VA to do is browse through these Facebook groups finding leads and notifying me. This is a very important job because theres alot of leads coming from these groups because its thousands of people in the group and i need my VA to jump on it and it me know what you find. Need my VA to check these group at least 1 good search a hour. This will not be a one time project this is a daily project and i need somebody committed and reliable and somebody good at what they do. i can pay weekly/bi weekly/ or monthly. The absolute most i can pay is 250 but thats if you are a absolute beast at finding leads but i really don't want to go that high. Serious Inquires only thank you !
