French Link Building, backlinks for French site (monthly base)

Hello,

I need (monthly) 20-40 permanent one-way backlinks PR4 from sites with homepage PR 4 or more related to my niche from FRENCH sites.

FRENCH Link Building from .fr .be .com .net ant other websites and blogs from my niche or very similar niche!

----> Only links from sites with domain age at least 2 years <----

- Homepage Pagerank > at least 4

- PAGE RANK (where you plase the link) at least PR 1

----> The page where you will put my link should not have more than 10 external links <-----

- LINKS MUST BE DOFOLLOW, permanent and static HTML.

- Link pages and text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.

- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.

- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses

Please BID FOR 20-40 links. If I am satisfied, more projects will come on a MONTHLY base.

Reporting:

1. URLs of pages where I can find the links published.

2. Domain / page PR

3. Anchor text used

I will verify all links are dofollow and that the anchor text is correct. I will verify the domain PR of each website. I will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and indexed in Google.

We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines.

Only ethical work will be accepted.

- No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc., no rented links, FFA sites, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighborhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on), ping sites, etc.

- NO ARTICLE or Directory Sites, No Spammy Comments.

- No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc.

- No adult websites

- Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for.

- I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

- No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings or link directories.

- Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods.
