small SEO project

We are looking for an SEO expert to carry out a small SEO project with a possibility of on-going business. The website that will be promoted is in Slovak language targeting Slovak market. Only results from [login to view URL] will be relevant. We are only looking to improve the position under 2 keywords that already have a good ranking. Read the below terms for this project carefully. Strictly adhere to these requirements: - Linkbuilding must be spread over 2 months, giving the campaign a natural look - All the link must be in English, Slovak or Cezch language - Only white hat techniques are accepted - All least 20% of all the links must come from thematic websites (travel, tourism, resorts, hotels, wellness, spa, mice, company events, weddings) You will be given keyword along with other details later. Budget: 80 EUR for 2 months period.
