Travel Sales Agents Wanted! [ Commissionable ]

PLEASE GOOGLE ABOUT MALDIVES PRIOR TO BIDDING We are seeking Travel Sales Agents / Representatives for a registered Tour Operator in Maldives, from the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Italy, Spain, China & Hong Kong South Korea, Japan Russian Region Australia How it works: - Upon selection, agents shall sign an agreement with the company following an interview (skype) - Agents will be provided with a selection of luxury and budget holiday offers / packages for different hotels, resorts, safaris and so forth. - Agents will be paid at the end of every month. Commission will be based on sales volume How much is the commission: - Based on sales volume, you will be entitled to a commission between 2% to 8% of total. ( for individuals ) Rates are non-commissionable for partner agents. - Please note a standard holiday resort package costs between $3500 and $50,000, depending on the level of luxury, duration, and so on. ( Suppose if you sell 20 holiday packages worth $4000 each, you will receive a commission of around $3500 - the more you sell, better the commission ) - Selected agents will be entitled to a wonderful travel benefit package from Agent Maldives Travels. Selling Process: - Email us the reservation inquiries daily, for reconfirmation of availability. ( personalized travel packages available ) - Upon our confirmation email, collect and settle the payment to us via Telegraphic Transfer - Upon receiving the payment, confirmation and reservation voucher will be emailed - Hand over the vouchers to clients ( clients must posses these vouchers when arriving to Maldives ) - More details to be mentioned in the contract ( you will be given opportunity to ask any questions during the interview ) FOR SELECTED AGENTS, A FIXED RATE ON FREELANCER WILL BE DECIDED DURING THE INTERVIEW, BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
