Hello I'm in EPN, been an ebay affiliate for maybe 8 years. What exactly are you looking for? I have a script that I'd be willing to let you install on your site, and we split the epn earnings from it. It is the script that runs ebuyersedge.com. The site's design isn't the best, but you could update the design for your site. You could buy a copy of the script outright if you'd like. Ebuyers doesn't get much traffic, but does pretty well with epn.
