make logos & business card

I own the site [login to view URL] and I´m looking for people that are able to make logos I can use on the site, the FB page, the twitter page, and on my business cards, I was thinking the silouhette is a good idea, i like the font "bleeding Cowboys" with some type of texture to it... but think that in Illustrator it could be altered to look really great. Having a business card with a dark (texturized) background, and a semi-3d "Seduce Anywhere" would be good -"dating coaching and seduction instruction" I can use illustrator and indesign as well and Ideally I´d like to go back and forth with someone on these and could pay them "milestone" payments... I want someone who can render graphics well and who has ideas about how to make my business succeed. There is potential to be a long-term employee. If I make money, you will too, and I´ll pay fairly for good work and time spent. (Additionally if you want coaching over skype to have more success with women, I could provide this in addition to $) I´m looking for a set of graphics. A site I like a lot is [login to view URL] they use the coffee cup logo, they have the flash video with the same logo and so forth. I want to do more or less the same with seduce anywhere (and plan to have my site be as big as theirs within a few years because no one in the US is doing this!) This will probably be a multi-step process with an exchange of graphic designs.... Other ideas are welcome / encouraged but i really want to get some quality graphics and business cards for this site.
