Please read the description carefully before applying, For a contracting company specialized in Micro-Tunneling ( Thrustboring ), for long-term work We are looking for HR Consultant/Manager, The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company and continually develops an effective and efficient HR Structure Bridge management and employee relations by addressing issues, demands, grievances or other concerns and conduct counseling and coaching sessions Manage the recruitment and selection activities with a transparent process Manage and guide a well-structured Company Induction and Orientation program for new employees Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Manage, Guide and monitor the company Nationalization (Saudization) program and maintain legal requirements and governing rules and regulations Manage and Guide Saudi National Technician Training Program with the Training Department in ensuring well-structured and planned training programs are in place and delivered Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Fostering effective methods of goal setting, communication and empowerment through responsibility, builds employee ownership of the organization Helps establish the organizational culture and atmosphere in which people have the competency, concern, and commitment to serve clients well Establish a properly designed, structured and transparent Career Path Establish a well-structured "Succession plan" to the company future demands Monitor and Guide Subcontractors (Local Manpower Suppliers) in a clear, transparent, effective and financially viable manner where the company guidelines are met and the Governing Laws of the KSA is adhered Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Adhere the governing Labor Laws, rules and regulations of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Be a change management Leader/Champion and support diversity and provide strategic guidance in achieving Organizational Effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, BA/MBA in Human Resources is a plus. 15-20 years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Proven working experience as HR manager People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self-confidence and the ability to delegate responsibilities In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Proven experience in dealing with various Government Institutions and other related authorities Construction industry background is preferred Arabic speaking is mandatory
