UI Improvements on a Magento Ecomm Site

The project involves improving the UI of the ecommerce site to reflect different tweaks and improvements to the current theme: Meigee - Minimalism[1]. The ideal candidate for the project will have significant experience customizing responsive Magento themes and comfortable working with the ecommerce CMS with integration and improvements. System admin familiarity with HostGator is a plus as the creation of a 'test/staging environment' is necessary. Mockups and designs will be provided however comfort with photoshop is helpful given the need for potential design changes. Tasks required to complete the project include: - shopping cart and checkout page design improvements - small UI enhancements and tweaks to the individual product page and the site-wide header - creation of a pop out page featuring an accordion-like design for various content provided from the CMS - audit and fix issues due to responsiveness when viewing on mobile or tablet devices Management and communication for the project will use jira, google drive and slack.
