Design Professional Ebay Auction listing using JS HTML5 CSS JQ

I need a Design that I will be using for all of my listings on EBAY. This is a really simple, easy money, but fun project for someone that is confident in this type of work. You must be confident in 3 main languages (Java script, HTML, CSS) you will also need to know Jquery. I'm not looking for a design that will look like it was made by 10 year olds, this is a professional ebay store and I expect professional work. When someone clicks on my items and reads the item description I want them to say "WOW" and know that the seller means business. I have a prime example of what I want. Which will help you in the design process. I don't want to totally copy their layout but I want something very close to it. I also want to see some pre-designs with different color combinations. I'm leaning towards Yellow, Black, White but I'm also interested in Blue, Black, White. Take a look at the photo provided (please note this is a sample listing of another ebay competitor) but I want something very remotely close to it.
