Tickets On Sale Announcement Animated Post

** PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU NEED VERY LITTLE CREATIVE DIRECTION AND CAN COMPLETE PROJECT WITHIN THE NEXT 2 HOURS** We are announcing ticket sales for an event. We have a graphic. Our graphic contains a car with headlights. We would like these headlights to be animated and flash like headlights would. We're not looking for strobe or fake. We want this to appear like a car is flashing its lights (a white/yellow color). The animation needs to last longer than 4 seconds. There is also text at the bottom of the graphic that reads "TICKETS ON SALE NOW" we need this text to also flash along with the car lights.
