I have a plot facing the northeast with dimensions 20 feet by 55 feet, where I wish to build a homestay. The ground floor should showcase: * A living room which is cozy and welcoming. * A practical, easy-to-maneuver kitchen. * One bedroom that includes a swimming pool and jacuzzi for a unique experience. * A small open area for guests to connect with the outdoors. * A staircase leading to the upper floors. * Convenient and secure parking. The ideal freelancer will have substantial experience in designing homes with indoor aquatic features, an understanding of maximizing space, and innovative ideas to create a pleasant yet functional design. Knowledge in Feng Shui direction principles is a plus as the house is facing northeast.
