Database should be able to : - Manage up to 3000 clients/accounts, including mail management, recurring payment system, update status, send email, allow personalized setup - Backup automatically with easy restoration system and full setup (daily,weekly,monthly, destination, type of data saved etc) - Present two views Client view and Administrator view - Have a administrator friendly interface, images available - Have a client's friendly interface, see image - Send automated email messages to inform clients - Be used on PC, MAC, Tablets, Mobile phones (responsive) - Anticipate a possible ipad application development - Process the data rapidly - Ready for a translated version in French language Provider need : - To be able to read - Manage mysql database perfectly - Display graphic content in a user friendly way - Be able to communicate on time - Be proactive and conscious of deadlines - To establish all the steps : Requirements specification -> Analysis -> Conceptual design -> Implementation Design-> Physical Schema Design and Optimisation - Very important : Provider need to understand the activity before starting anything - See example of competition website : [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] - To deliver within 4 weeks from selection date.
