The following are the requirements for the portal: 1. The Captive Portal should connect to an online site allowing users to input the First Name, Last Name and Email address. The Email address is Mandatory. 2. The Email address has to be validated. 3. Each login should be saved to a database. 4. The Captive portal website has to be secured. 5. The Database has to be secured. 6. The Captive Portal should be branded with a Logo, Banner and graphics. 7. The Captive Portal should carry a terms of agreement 8. The Captive Portal should have an option for a countdown timer if needed, which will lockout a user when the timer elapses. 9. The Captive Portal should have an option to allow for a data limit, if needed, which will lockout a user when the data limit is reached. 10. The Captive Portal should be easily adjustable, i.e. Logo, Banner, Graphics, Database and Captive Portal Site.
