Need advice on building a Joomla module

I need a Joomla developer to discuss whether development of a module is possible. I would like to inquire if it is possible to develop a module to change templates similar to the theme selector at: [login to view URL] The difference is I would need the module to have a link to purchase the theme, rather than subscribing to a membership in order to download. So each theme would need it's own link to our store. and we should be able to link to each demo individually from our store. Also - the module would need to be installable (so that it can be distributed via JED) This is NOT for actual development of the module, but, just to discuss how it could be done. If I like your ideas then I would be happy to discuss your developing the module.
