Joomla website customization

We are looking for a Joomla specialist who can help us in our non-profit Joomla site customization. Briefly about our project: we are running a Non-Profit organization (owned by parents having autistic childs) in Hungary with an information portal ([login to view URL]) for those people having children with autism and for those professionals working with autistic children in kindergartens, schools, etc. We would like to set up a database of skilled professionals, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, baby sitters with relevant experience etc. who could be asked and hired by families. Job: creating a business directory like add-on to our non-profit site. The site was created in Joomla 2.5 so probably the add-on would be a Sobi Pro component with certain template, fields, modules. This new directory would contain the basic datas of the professionals, can be filtered in several ways (name, activity, location, etc), a Google map module would be great. A membership component should be linked, there would be a paid subscription part for those professionals who wants to have featured position, detailed description about their services, etc. After the subscription expires it continues as a free account. The registered professionals would have an account setup, where they can upload their CV, photo, etc.
