Design an eBay template to be used for my listings

I need an eBay template created for my listings. It needs to be compliant with the new https / active content rules. I have created a rough draft of what I am basically looking for, although it is just a rough draft. Some of the graphics will need to be replaced. Details which will be filled into the template for each listing will include: Item name, manufacturer, model, condition, features, images, and description. Please refer to the attached jpg for an idea of what I am looking for, although it does not have to be exactly this design, this is just to be used as a starting point. I will need this template to be formatted for both web browsers, and mobile devices.
