I am a real estate agent. I sell people's homes. Before meeting with clients, I like to give them an introductory package providing information about me and my team. I am seeking a quality graphic designer. The task is to create the graphic layout for a very simple 8-9 page booklet. All the content and writing will be provided to you, your job is solely to make it look visually appealing. The content I will provide you with is Name and Address General background info about myself Sales performance Contact information References Testimonials This means choosing proper fonts, organising the content in an aesthetically pleasing manner and the appropriate graphics/images. The attachments are samples of the introductory packages from other people in the industry. I'd be looking for something similar, hopefully a bit more professionally looking.
