Charity site needed- Our marketing campaign will get you huge exposure!

I am looking to start a charitable organization to address gun violence in Canada and the United States. I have wanted to do this for some time- as a friend of mine was killed due to gun violence- and this is an issue that is close to my heart. I do not require an overly complex website- just a wordpress site with shopping cart, approx 5 pages, logo, basic SEO. Right now my funds have been completely tapped out, as charity registration, lawyers, marketing among other things, is an extremely costly and time consuming process- and I am unable to get my bank to extend my line of credit, so I am in a very tough spot right now, and need some help with a website at little or no cost.
