Build a Voiceover Website

Hello, I need a website designed and coded. You don't need to write the content, but the page framework. Functionality: Home Page Category Page - A page that displays all individuals with that certain tag linked to it Individual Page - A page that displays information of individuals - It should be able to have tags on it that I can edit I want to be able to create and edit individual pages, and add tags to them. Then the category pages display every individual with certain tags. If an individual is tagged "boy" and "athlete" then it will show up on both the boy category page, and the athlete category page. Please respond with further questions and explaining how you plan to do this in your bid.
