Add to current website

Below is what I need added to the current site: [login to view URL] 1. A creative donation bar that allows anyone to donate any amount they want and also after donating they can request any movie they desire; which will be added within 24 hours as a perk to donating. I want the donation thing to either be on another page or on every page... which ever will make the most sense and look the best. 2. Add a different type of publishers advertising to the site.( [login to view URL]) 3. I want to change the home page to only showing movies that are movies in theaters. (movies I select and remove) which means I need something on the backend to take control of it. For example: when I add a movie the movie should just show up in the recent movies tab at the top. And then if its a 2015 new movie I will go the backend and some how search up the movie and add it in to the home page. 4. For the backend.. add a feature so I can move videos around. For example on the home page I may not want ant man at the bottom... so i want to have a feature so i can move it to the top and so on. I think thats it for now.
