Create a template for an Ebay Shop

I am Ehra Cruz working with an Italian guy who does an e-commerce consulting company in the UK. We have now started a project here in the Philippines and we are in search for a web designers and graphic designers to join our team and work with our present and future clients. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR PHILIPPINE BASE INDIVIDUALS. As the project is just started by few days ago, we can only offer the salary of 3 pounds per hour as the basic for the first 2 - 3 months. There will also be bonuses for the right person and it will be a VERY long term collaboration with raises after the salary review and the chance to become employee of our Philippines branch.
