We have a detailed Capability Statement that we need urgently laid out in an attractive design. This is a corporate document and it's use will be to email to potential clients as a PDF attachment as well as occasionally print and present in a hard copy format within a presentation folder. We require the layout to be returned as soon as possible for us to start using for our clients. This layout does not have to be rich with graphics throughout - our desired outcome initially is a well formatted attractive layout. We will release a further project for Version 2 of the capability statement at a later date that will require more creative including graphics to turn the document into a Sales Brochure. We hope to work with the same designer on this project but it will depend of the quality of work produced for this project. Please see attached for content.

I've exhaustive experience in formatting and redesigning business collateral and marketing flyers. As some designers use copy of conventional layouts. I know those are beautiful but boring for the people as they already viewed many promotional with similar layout.
