App for buses monitoring

What we need is to make an app for website [login to view URL] working time 00:00-14:00 GMT or [login to view URL] This website shows the user where the bus is going, it helps to go out to the busstop when the needed bus is near. This is very useful when weather is -30C in russian siberian city. Buses are located using GPS equipment located inside them. We are going to make beautiful app, much nicer then website. It is very important to give information to user in most shortest way and be notified passenger stay on the bus stop in -30C weather and touch his phone without gloves. Every second matters. The main information blocks are: choose bus, trolleybus or tramway from the list; where all the buses from this route; the estimated time when they arrive; how many people awaiting for the bus (you can click on the bus stop on the site to add a cat, which symbolize waiting person); how much money remaining on your transport card. Bus stop where you are can be detected by the GPS or you can input one. If so, then we show the estimated time for various routes to this bus stop. App should have two modes for mobile phone and tablet. We are expecting for app design, tablet app design, and icon. All graphics must be privided in PSD and PNG.
